My Wedding Planner provides digital wedding planning products, including downloadable and editable wedding planning spreadsheets, templates, checklists, and related digital resources.
Because our products are digital and are delivered electronically, all purchases are final and non-refundable once the order has been completed and digital access has been provided.
Digital Products — No Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests for:
- Change of mind
- Accidental purchase
- Duplicate purchase
- Failure to use the product
- Lack of familiarity with Google Sheets or spreadsheet software
- Personal preferences regarding the design or format
- Purchasing the wrong product after the product details were clearly provided

Technical Issues
We want you to have a smooth experience with your purchase.
If you experience a genuine technical problem, such as:
- You cannot access your purchased product
- Your download link does not work
- A file is missing or corrupted
- You receive an incorrect file

Unauthorized Distribution

- Claim the product as your own
Unauthorized distribution does not qualify for a refund.
